HISTORY :
MAYZZA.KU ARCHITECHTURE was established in late early 2018. we ready to work for the Residential, Hospitality , Retail/(F&B),Office and Masterplan projects.
Base on our design work flow we deeply seeking the all component and building footprint to understanding how the concept architectural work (space and function ,facade and form ) with Air flow ,heat ,site element and surrounding more over Architect have development the best solution in to landing the best projects with the best saving cost which is most important for the Client.

01-Design Work Flow by following stage of work with collaborative people who connected in the project field.

02-Projects study by understanding Site location ,Materials usage , Weather, Creative and Art represent with the Science.
-ការសិក្សាគម្រោងដោយស្វែងយល់ពីទីតាំង ការប្រើប្រាស់សម្ភារៈ អាកាសធាតុ ភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត និងសិល្បៈដែលតំណាងជាមួយនឹងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ។
03-Schedule, Budget Management and Price Understanding.
-កាលវិភាគ ការគ្រប់គ្រងថវិកា និងការយល់ដឹងពីតម្លៃ។
04-Projects Handover with the finishing in very best condition wihtin owner's right property.
-ការប្រគល់គម្រោងជាមួយនឹងការបញ្ចប់ក្នុងស្ថានភាពល្អបំផុតក្នុងសិទ្ធិកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ម្ចាស់។

MAYZZA.KU ARCHITECHTURE បានបង្កើតឡើងនៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៨។ យើងមានការត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចរាល់ក្នុងការធ្វើការងារសម្រាប់គម្រោងលំនៅដ្ឋាន សណ្ឋាគារ ហាងលក់រាយ/(អាហារនិងភេសជ្ជៈ) ការិយាល័យ និងគម្រោងមេ។
